The time has come for change. I must make this effort for change. “Nothing changes if nothing changes.” The lost few months, I have not made any efforts to make any improvement to my life, but have just followed the wind to do what comes in the day. I must take back my destiny and forge on with meaning to change my life.

I have ten days to change in my life before 2024. What changes would I want for next year that I do not want to repeat this year?
1) Drop ten pounds in ten days.
2) Walk a mile a day.
3) Meditate fifteen minutes daily.
4) Challenge myself daily with my studies.
5) Sleep by 9:00 PM daily.
6) One technical certification (accredited) every three months
